Starting work during the 14-day cancellation period
We understand that sometimes a letter is needed urgently and that you may not wish to wait until the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period before work begins.
If you wish Bespoke Letter Writing Services to begin work immediately, you must expressly request this before work begins.
By making that request, you acknowledge and agree that work may begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.
If you subsequently cancel the service after work has begun, you may be required to pay for the service supplied up to the point at which you cancel, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express work-commencement request and acknowledgement, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected in accordance with applicable law.

“I request that Bespoke Letter Writing Services begins work immediately, before the end of my 14-day cancellation period, and I understand that if I cancel after work has begun, I may be required to pay for the service provided up to the point of cancellation.”
This request can be provided in writing by email or another agreed method before work begins.
