No. You provide the information and explain what you want to say and achieve. We do the professional drafting.

Can you make the letter sound like me?

Yes. We can adapt the tone to suit your personality and the relationship with the recipient. You remain the sender and decision-maker.

Is the service confidential?

Yes. Client information is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Can you write a legal letter?

We can help with the wording of correspondence, but we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Where specialist legal advice is appropriate, we will say so.

Can you guarantee the result?

No. We can improve clarity, structure, tone and presentation, but no letter-writing service can guarantee how another person or organisation will respond.

How quickly can my letter be prepared?

The timescale will be confirmed when the assignment is agreed. Urgent requests may be considered subject to availability.

Can you work with clients anywhere in the UK?

Yes. Although the business is based on the Isle of Wight, the service is intended to be available nationally and can be provided remotely.

What happens to my personal information?

We collect and use information only as necessary to provide the service, administer the business and meet legal obligations. Please see our Privacy Notice for full details.

Can I ask for changes to the draft?

Yes. The agreed service includes a reasonable opportunity to identify factual errors and request amendments within the original scope. Any substantial new assignment will be discussed separately.

Do you have professional indemnity insurance?

Professional indemnity and cyber insurance cover are in place for additional client reassurance.
