The right words can open doors, resolve difficulties and help people move forward. I founded Bespoke Letter Writing Services to offer individuals and businesses thoughtful, personalised correspondence, drawing on a lifetime of practical business experience.

My career began in direct sales, training and management, where I learned the value of clear reasoning, persuasion and tact. I subsequently established and managed several businesses, developing extensive experience in written communication, commercial correspondence and drafting business agreements.

My background includes more than two decades in residential lettings in the UK, following earlier experience in South Africa. Working with tenants, landlords, contractors and service providers has taught me how much effective correspondence depends on accuracy, meticulous attention to detail and sensitivity—particularly when discussions become difficult or emotions run high.

My approach begins with empathetic listening. By understanding your circumstances, concerns and desired outcome, I can craft a letter that reflects your voice and presents your position clearly and persuasively. Discretion and confidentiality are central to that process.

Over the years, I have also helped friends and family address challenging situations through carefully considered letters. These have included securing a difficult-to-arrange medical appointment, negotiating the cancellation of a gym membership, addressing a landlord’s responsibilities and raising concerns about school management.
